The first two weeks are pure diagnosis. We pull every open deal, every closed-lost deal from the past 18 months, every dormant customer, and the last two quarters of pricing data. It is common sense. The problem is not knowing what to do — it is having the capacity to do it while still closing the deals in front of you.
