Business can eat you alive. It came close to devouring me.

At some point, if you don't take care of YOU, you start losing your own self-worth, and things can fall apart.

Rest when you need to. Practice self-care; whatever that is for you. Everything will be there when you come back.

You are no good to anyone, including yourself, if you burn out.

Taking care of yourself signals to your mind, you and everything you're working for, is worth it.
