Sales Leaders, if you can get this concept across to your salespeople about rejection it will change their attitude, and success rate.

I once cold-called someone who abruptly told me he had just lost a friend in a car accident and did feel like talking.

The light bulb went off in my head.💡

When you call someone, you have no idea what happened to them, even five minutes before you called.

➡ Did their boss just chew them out?
➡ Did they have an argument at home?
➡ Did they just get passed over for a promotion?

Help your sales team understand they have no idea what someone else is going through, and their job as an outbound salesperson will be a lot more rewarding.

When they approach their calling with an empathetic attitude, you’ll see your sales success accelerate.
